Falcon Horizon Travel is a licensed Dubai tourism company offering tour packages, transfers, and travel-related services within the UAE.
Our registered office is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We offer a variety of tourism and travel services, including but not limited to:
Desert Safari tours
Dubai City Tours
Abu Dhabi City Tours
Dhow Cruise Dinner
Airport transfers and private transportation
Yacht rentals and adventure activities
Each service is subject to availability, weather conditions, and supplier confirmation.
All bookings must be confirmed with a valid contact number and email address.
Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (as agreed).
Full payment or partial advance may be required to confirm your booking.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonal demand or supplier adjustments.
Note: Booking confirmation will be sent once payment or deposit is received.
We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation terms below:
Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours: 80% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations: No refund will be issued.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Falcon Horizon Travel reserves the right to change, cancel, or reschedule any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road closures, or government restrictions.
In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid identification (passport, Emirates ID, or other accepted ID).
Falcon Horizon Travel is not responsible for any delays, injuries, or losses caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or third-party providers).
All guests participate in tours at their own risk.
Falcon Horizon Travel and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses during the trip.
Some activities (e.g., dune bashing, quad biking, or yacht rides) involve physical risk; participation is voluntary.
Children under 3 years usually join tours free of charge (lap seating).
Children aged 3–10 years are charged at child rates (if applicable).
For adventure activities, age and height restrictions may apply.
We respect your privacy.
All personal information shared during bookings is kept secure and used only to process your reservation and communicate updates.
We do not share customer data with unauthorized third parties.
